Monitoring and Evaluation

KAET Projects are continuously monitored. Monitoring is conducted by the KAET staff who compiles & submits data and information to the Heads of Projects on Monthly Intervals. Such reports are submitted quarterly to donors and partners or as scheduled by specific or individual Donors & Partners.
Similarly KAET projects, activities and programs are equally monitored quarterly by, local authorities in areas where KAET operates, KAET Board Members and Management Committee determines cumulative achievements & impacts. Both a mid term review & an end of Project, Activity and Programmed evaluation is conducted.

Achievements

▪Conducted various HIV/AIDS youth outreach awareness and prevention campaigns which saw youths getting involved in the activities

▪created a network of 50 youth groups led by 50 youth leaders in the provinces of Nyanza, and Nairobi
• Visited more than 50 HIV/AIDS affected families in Mukuru, and  Kibera slums Nairobi. Supplied them with nutritional foods and supplements and counseling sessions
• Over 100 AIDS Orphans in two provinces have received scholastic materials donated by KAET• The KAET needy student’s scheme has so far benefited 50 needy Secondary going students in the provinces of  Nairobi and Nyanza

• Head  offices have been set up in the Central Business District in Nairobi to co-ordinate, manage and monitor the daily operations of KAET•
